Refund policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help.   Please contact us at customercare@theopalinteriorcompany.com to arrange a return.

You have 14 days to return an item from the day you received it.  The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds

Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the goods and then notify you on the status of your refund.
