RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help.   Please contact us at customercare@theopalinteriorcompany.com to arrange a return.

You have 14 days to return an item from the day you received it.  The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

As all our cushions are made to order, returns incur a 15% restocking charge and this will be deducted from your refund.  (unless faulty or damaged) 

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We do advise that a tracked delivery service is used.  (the return address may be international). Please email the tracking number of your return along with order number to customercare@theopalinteriorcompany.com

Refunds

As all our cushions are made to order, returns incur a 15% restocking charge and this will be deducted from your refund.  Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the goods and then notify you on the status of your refund.
